The following paper talks about per! Iman the Government against SLB (Amazing School), especially those with private status, is formed by Yayasan, which remains the value as discriminatory behavior. In this case, the Government is less sensitive (less attention) to konidisi Foundation is well in terms of Human Resources, in terms of Finance and providing facilities and infrastructure. Kekurangperhatian, the private mengaI ‹ ibatkan education of SLB for students and teachers to experience structural nambatan. Al ‹ ibatnya, the SLB Private institution has not developed and seems impressed by "children ," by the Government. Thus this paper aims to find a solution to the practice of diskrimintatis above, with what happens at the study site, namely in Kerjo District, Karanganyar regency.
