The International Conference on Culture, Language, and Literature (ICCuLL) adopts an open-access publishing model. All articles published in these proceedings are freely and immediately available online upon publication. This approach is based on the principle that providing unrestricted access to research fosters the global exchange of knowledge and supports the advancement of education and innovation.
