Peer Review Process

1. Initial Screening

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by the editors. To proceed, the manuscript must be free from plagiarism; the maximum allowed similarity is 20%. The manuscript will also be assessed to determine if it aligns with our focus and scope or if it contains any major methodological flaws.

2. Double-Blind Review Method

Each qualifying submission will be reviewed by at least two peer reviewers. The conference employs a double-blind review process, ensuring that reviewers are unaware of the authors' identities, and authors are unaware of the reviewers' identities.

3. Evaluation Criteria

The reviewing process will evaluate the manuscript based on the following aspects:

  • Novelty
  • Objectivity
  • Methodology
  • Scientific Impact
  • Conclusions
  • Quality of References

4. Decision Process

Reviewers' comments will be sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses. The suggested decision will be strictly evaluated in an editorial board meeting. Afterward, the editor will communicate the final decision to the corresponding author.
