Based on the results and discussion, it is shown that through TPACK-based learning and character-based learning media, the values of independent character and integrity can be actualized significantly. The implementation is done by habituation, giving motivation, and discipline. Through learning activities the teacher as a role model directly empowers characters which will later become civilizing and habits in students.
